Where the BOQ rates come from
Surface rates come from a survey of supply-and-lay prices quoted by Indian court builders in October 2026, checked against our own projects: acrylic courts ₹40–75 per sq ft, cushion acrylic ₹75–140, PU ₹120–300, sports vinyl ₹90–200, sprung wooden floors ₹280–550, 40–50 mm sports turf ₹60–130, EPDM and PU running tracks ₹150–400. Base work, drains, fencing, lights and fittings use typical Indian civil and electrical rates. Every site is different, so the final price is fixed only after a free site visit.

What should a sports court tender specify?
Court size and markings to the game’s rules, the base, the surface build-up and thickness, test standards (such as EN 14904 for indoor floors), fencing, lighting levels, warranty and bidder experience.
Can schools buy sports flooring on GeM?
